Questions: The environment and the goal of technology

1. What is the goal of technology?
2. How can green technology be used to benefit society as a whole?
3. How can technology be used without being perverted by market capitalism?
4. What can we do to move technology production and conception out of the hands of people who want nothing else then personal gain?
5. If technology is used example Vertical Farms will the society give freely or as a commodity such as something like the organic produce market?
6. Can technology be used to create a Utopia?
7. Can we use aspects of Paracon adjusting it to new technology that allows for more free time and less work?
8. Is Paracon a work centered approach that relies on work to be the center of life?
9. Can technology help create a system closer or the ideal of Anarchism?
10. Is technology and Anarchism compatible?
11. Is a system of esteem from peers for creation of public works or technology that contributes to the whole a possibility? Can this eliminate  non-empowering work and increase free time?
12. Will be use free time in a productive way or become engrossed in a world of unreality using the internet more and more?
13. If technology is used to create vertical farms around city areas creating a base amount of food then what happens to the rural areas?
14. Is welfare a basic and inefficient form of this?
15. How can technology be used while avoiding Einsteins dilemma
16. Will Vertical Farming or for that matter any type of technology/production lead to the destroying of land or the ability to conserve land? Basically will it lead to overpopulation and the destruction of the natural environment?

These are just a few questions I have been thinking about recently and will at somepoint try and answer them at least how I think they can be answered. Thoughts/more questions/answers/comments always intersted and wanted.
